Security Questionnaire

A GC sent you a security questionnaire. Now what?

You’re good at winning the work. Then a general contractor or your insurance company sends a security questionnaire, and it’s full of questions you’re not sure how to answer.

This is newer than most firms realize. A few years ago, nobody asked. Now cyber requirements are showing up in contracts and insurance renewals, and guessing isn’t good enough. A wrong answer can cost you the job or the coverage.

The hard part isn’t that your firm is doing everything wrong. It’s that you can’t prove what you’re doing right. They’re asking “do you have multi-factor authentication” (a second step beyond a password, like a code on your phone) and “are your backups tested,” and you need real answers, not hopeful ones.

For example, let’s say the form asks whether every account is protected with MFA. “I think so” loses you the contract. “Yes, here’s the proof” wins it.

We put the right protections in place and document them, so when the next questionnaire lands on your desk, you have answers you can stand behind.

So you can win the job and keep your insurance, instead of freezing over a form.

Bring us the questionnaire. We’ll show you where you actually stand
