Who we are

This website is run by Aspen IT Group LLC, a Tennessee company. We are an IT company for small architecture, engineering, and construction firms. Our website address is https://aspenitgroup.com.

In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Aspen IT Group LLC. “You” means anyone who visits our site or fills out one of our forms.

What our forms collect

Our site has a few forms. There is a contact form, a form to book a free checkup, and an IT risk assessment. These forms are run by GoHighLevel, which also goes by the name LeadConnector.

When you fill out one of these forms, we collect:

  • Your name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your phone number.
  • Your company name.
  • Your answers to the questions on the form.

We only get what you type in. You don’t have to fill out a form to read our site.

How we use your information

  • To reply to you when you reach out.
  • To set up and remind you about a checkup you booked.
  • To email you your risk assessment results.
  • To send you emails about IT tips and our services. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link. Click it and we will stop.

We don’t sell your information

We don’t sell your information. We don’t rent it or trade it to anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with companies that help us run our business. They are:

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). They run our forms, our booking calendar, and our emails. Your form answers are stored in their system.
  • Google Analytics. It tells us which pages people visit. See the Cookies section below for more.
  • Our web host, Hostinger. Our website runs on their servers.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser. We use as few as we can.

Cookies that keep the site working. These are always on.

  • Our cookie banner is run by a WordPress plugin called Complianz. It saves your cookie choice in cookies that start with cmplz_, such as cmplz_banner-status and cmplz_statistics. That way we don’t ask you again on every page. These last up to one year. They don’t contain your name or any other personal details.
  • A WordPress tool called WP Consent API may also save your choice in cookies that start with wp_consent_. They do the same job.
  • If you log in, WordPress saves a few cookies to remember you. Login cookies last two days, or two weeks if you pick “Remember Me.”

Cookies that help us improve the site. These are on when you first visit. You can turn them off at any time.

  • We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit and how they found us. Google Analytics saves cookies called _ga and _ga_ followed by a code. They last up to two years. Google gets this information to give us reports. You can read how Google uses it at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Don’t want them? Open our Cookie Policy and turn off Statistics. We will stop Google Analytics on our site. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

We don’t use advertising cookies. We don’t sell your information.

Changing your mind. You can open our Cookie Policy at any time to change your choice.

How long we keep it

We keep the information from our forms and your contact details until you ask us to delete it. When you ask, we will delete it.

Comments

We don’t publish comments on this site. If someone sends one anyway, we don’t approve it or post it.

  • See your information. Ask us, and we will tell you what we have about you.
  • Fix or delete your information. Ask us, and we will update it or delete it.
